The Drexel Conference planning team is constantly seeking the most current and relevant speakers who pose thought-provoking questions and share their wisdom with attendees. Past speakers have included college/university and association presidents as well as legendary assessment individuals like Tom Angelo and Linda Suskie.

The 8th annual conference speakers will live up to the lofty expectations that have been set by the previous seven years.

COL(R) Gerald C Kobylski, Ph.D., P.E.

COL(R) Gerald Kobylski retired as a Colonel in the United States Army following 28 years of service. In his 18th year of teaching, Jerry is a Professor of Mathematical Sciences at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is also West Point’s first Director of Institutional Effectiveness where he leads the development, implementation, and assessment of the USMA Strategy. Jerry serves as a Commissioner on the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and is the Chair of the MSCHE Committee on Evaluation Reports. Jerry originally served on the Commission from 2012 to 2017 participating on and chairing many Committees on Evaluations Reports, Periodic Review Reports, and Nominations. He has also served as a peer reviewer or team chair on approximately teams, mostly for MSCHE. Dr. Kobylski holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Stevens Institute of Technology, an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, an M.S. in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an M.B.A. from Western New England College, and a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy.
